How Arrangements Work

Every arrangement is handled personally, discreetly and with care. The information below explains the usual booking process and the principles applied to fees, expenses, changes, cancellations and refunds. The written booking summary provided for an individual arrangement will confirm the specific details.

1. Private enquiry and consultation

Your initial enquiry is treated in confidence. I will discuss the occasion, location, dates, expected timings and the style of companionship required. Providing accurate information at this stage helps ensure that any proposed arrangement is appropriate, safe and well considered.

2. Proposal and booking confirmation

Availability is not guaranteed until the arrangement has been confirmed in writing and payment in full has cleared. Your booking summary will set out the agreed service, date, duration, location, fee, anticipated expenses and any particular conditions. Changes are valid only when confirmed in writing.

3. Service fees and additional expenses

Current service prices are shown on the private arrangements page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the service fee covers my time for the agreed arrangement. Reasonable additional expenses—including travel, transfers, accommodation, meals, event tickets, admission charges, visas and other booking-specific costs—are payable by the client.

Expected expenses will be discussed in advance wherever practical. No material additional expense will be incurred without agreement, except where reasonably necessary for safety or because of circumstances outside my reasonable control. Any extension of the agreed time is subject to availability and a further agreed fee.

4. Payment

Bookings are confirmed only once payment in full has been received. The payment deadline and accepted methods will be stated in the booking summary. Bank, currency-conversion or card-provider charges remain the client’s responsibility. Until cleared payment is received, I cannot reserve the requested date and it remains subject to my availability.

5. Changes and rescheduling

Requests to change a date, time, venue or duration will be considered promptly and are subject to availability. Where a change creates additional cost or results in a non-recoverable third-party charge, that amount will be confirmed and remains payable by the client. I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a suitable alternative.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Unless the booking summary states a different schedule, the following policy applies to the service fee. Notice periods are calculated in complete 24-hour periods before the agreed start time:

  • Seven or more full days’ notice: 100% refund of the service fee.
  • Less than seven days but at least three full days’ notice: 50% refund of the service fee.
  • Less than three full days’ notice, cancellation after the arrangement has begun, or non-attendance: no refund of the service fee.

Any reasonable, non-recoverable expenses already paid or committed in connection with the booking will be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable. Any unused or recovered expense advance will be returned. Notice is effective when received. Reasonable steps will be taken to reduce any loss, and no more than the reasonable direct loss arising from the cancellation will be retained. If the reserved time is subsequently rebooked, the amount retained will be reviewed to reflect the loss avoided.

If I need to cancel an arrangement, the client may choose a suitable rearrangement or receive a refund of service fees paid for the part not provided, together with any recoverable expenses held by me. Third-party suppliers may apply their own cancellation conditions. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Nothing on this page limits statutory consumer rights. Where a legal cooling-off period applies, a client may expressly request that work begins during that period. A reasonable amount may then be payable for work already supplied, and the cancellation right may end once the service has been fully performed with the consent required by law.

7. Conduct, boundaries and safety

Arrangements are for lawful social companionship. Respectful conduct, personal boundaries and safety are essential throughout. I may decline or end an arrangement where information has been withheld, circumstances differ materially from those agreed, or behaviour is unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, coercive or unsafe. Any fee or refund decision in those circumstances will take account of the services supplied and reasonable costs incurred.

8. Confidentiality

Personal information and booking details are handled discreetly and shared only where reasonably necessary to arrange the service, meet a legal obligation, protect someone’s safety or resolve a payment or contractual issue. Clients are expected to respect my privacy and not record, photograph or publish identifying information about me without my prior consent.

9. Travel, delays and events outside reasonable control

For travel and international arrangements, the client is responsible for agreed transport, accommodation, entry requirements and appropriate insurance unless confirmed otherwise. Neither party will be treated as at fault for unavoidable disruption outside reasonable control. Where possible, the arrangement will be adjusted or rescheduled fairly, taking account of availability and costs that cannot be recovered.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is drawn up in the United Kingdom and is intended to operate under applicable UK law. For legal certainty, it is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the agreement or an arrangement made under it.

11. Questions or concerns

Please raise any question before confirming a booking. If a concern arises, contact me promptly through the Contact page so it can be considered personally and discreetly. These general terms should be read together with the written booking summary for the individual arrangement.
